WELCOME TO OUR KINDERGARTEN VOLUNTEER PROGRAM IN CUSCO 💛🌱

If you are passionate about working with YOUNG CHILDREN and want to contribute to a meaningful cause while living in the heart of the Andes, this opportunity is for you 🌄👶.

We are a pioneering bilingual kindergarten located in Cusco, Peru. Our mission is to EMPOWER CHILDREN FROM NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING FAMILIES by immersing them in an English-speaking environment from the age of 2. Through games, songs, daily care, and classroom routines—all in English—we give them the tools to communicate, grow in self-esteem, and open doors to future academic and professional opportunities 📚🌍.

Beyond education, we support FAMILIES LIVING IN VULNERABLE CONDITIONS by offering nutritional guidance, emotional support, and a warm learning environment. Our focus includes promoting HEALTHY HABITS, FIGHTING CHILDHOOD ANEMIA, and building strong emotional foundations for our little ones 💪🍲❤️.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Children from 2 to 5 years old in full English immersion classrooms. Many of these children come from low-income families, and your presence has a real impact—not only in their learning, but in their lives.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

* Assist teachers in daily routines and care (meals, hygiene, play)
* Help lead playful activities like storytelling, songs, crafts, and dancing
* Encourage English through games and natural conversations
* Contribute to a calm, loving, and organized learning space
* Share your personal talents (music, sports, art, yoga, etc.) if you wish
* MOST IMPORTANTLY: give your heart, patience, and presence

SCHEDULE

* Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
* Locations: Campus HUANCARO and Campus SAN JERÓNIMO
* Volunteers are assigned based on school needs and housing space

WHAT WE OFFER

* Comfortable shared volunteer HOUSING (private for women only)
* BREAKFAST and LUNCH from Monday to Friday
* HOT WATER, HIGH-SPEED WIFI, and a peaceful home environment
* Supportive team and joyful classroom experience
* Certificate of participation upon request
* Airport or bus station pickup if coordinated in advance

We receive volunteers every month, and you may apply even if you’re planning ahead. Our next available dates start in the LAST DAYS OF JANUARY 2026, with official activities beginning FEBRUARY 1ST.
